Initial consultation (virtual or physical) with the Client to understand the needs and desires.
02. Design Service Proposal and Contract
Outline the scope of work, obligations for each party, timelines, fees, etc.
03. Conceptual Design Presentation
Preliminary design, space planning, furniture selections, mood board for approval
04. Draft: Develop and Finalise Design
Develop drawings and renderings- Revisions-Final Design
05. Implementation
Construction kick-off, liaising with contractors, purchasing & procurement, site visits, project management
06. Review and Final Reveal
Deficiencies walk-through, and corrections, installation of furniture and fixtures, invoice variations and project completion.
